How to Change Profile Picture in Outlook 2016

How to Change Profile Picture in Outlook 2016

By Mitch Bartlett 4 Comments

Change the profile picture that shows when you send messages in Microsoft Outlook 2016 with these steps.

  1. From Outlook, select “File” > “Info“.
  2. There should be a link to your company’s external Outlook Web Access (OWA) site under the words “Account Settings“. Select the link.
  3. Sign in with your Outlook or domain sign in credentials (usually the same username and password used to login to your computer).
  4. Select your name in the upper-right corner, then choose “Change” to change the picture.
  5. Select the folder icon to browse to a picture on your computer, then select it.
  6. Select “Save” to save the changes, and your profile pic is set in Outlook.

Because it’s Microsoft. They are a marketing company; software is not their specialty.

I believe that would be more related to how to change your signature.

No, no help at all. I don’t want to use an external account, I just want to change the head-shot on my outgoing messages.

Why does this simple task have to be so complicated?
