You can enable Developer Options onĀ your Android device by going to “Settings” > “About device” and tapping “Build Number” 7 times. But how do you remove the option from Settings if you no longer need it?
To remove the selection from Settings, you can perform a factory reset on your device. But that will delete settings and data from your device. Instead, use this trick.
- Open “Settings“.
- Select “Apps“, “Applications“, or “Manage apps” depending on your device.
- Scroll down and choose “Settings“.
- Choose “Storage“.
- Tap the “Clear settings” button, then tap “OK” to confirm.
The “Developer Options” selection will now be cleared from the Settings of your Android.
