Walled Garden is a website that is configured to restrict users to specific resources and find it difficult or impossible to access other Web resources. Walled gardens are created to trap unwary consumers so that they can be repeatedly subjected to controlled advertising or to prevent them from accessing content unacceptable for specific devices, such as Web-enabled phones.
