Reddit changed their design yet again in January 2024. The redesign can be seen by desktop browser users and narrows the main feed while providing links to your subscribed groups on the left and recent posts on the right.
If you’re like me and not too fond of the redesign, you can get back the old version of Reddit with these steps:
Get the Pre 2024 Version of Reddit Back
- Simply use the URL: https://new.reddit.com
Get the “old old” Version of Reddit Back
- Login to your Reddit account, select your avatar in the upper-right corner, then go to Settings.
- Under the Account tab, scroll down and turn on the Opt out of redesign option.
- Confirm your selection on the popup by selecting Opt Out.
Now the old version of Reddit will be restored.
