The Huami brand was founded in 2014 and have gone on to become one of the biggest companies that manufacture wearable electronics. They have suppliers and buyers in every part of the globe and had sold over 50 million wearable devices. They also possess a market share of 17.1%. One of the most popular self-brand of Huami is the AmazFit products, a set of fitness tracking wearable electronics. They allow users to stay fit and monitor their exercise regime while still being classy. It has made about 35 million dollars and has its head office in Mountain View, CA.

The company also created mobile apps that go with fitness wears of Mi fit and helps users to keep track of their exercise time, how much progress they are making or will be making. It has amassed more than 60 million users over the years and creates technology for Xiaomi that is very exclusive.

Huami Fitness

The Huami Technology made its first announcement about the introduction of the AmazFit Home Studio at the Amazon Global New Product Launch Conference during the Consumer Electronics Show, CES2020. They announced the release of two things, Amazfit Home Studio and Amazfit AirRun. The only slight difference this time was these two were not close to even wearable as both were home gym equipment for heavy exercise.

Although the world is already connected, Huami makes it more connected by connecting exercise buddies via their wearable smart and innovative technology. This is also one of the key missions of the company.

Features of the AmazFit Home Studio

The five main features of the AmazFit Home Studio are that make it truly unique are:

1. A Floor Mirror that is 56 inches wide.
2. A Smart Screen that is 43 inches.
3. A 3D TOF Camera system
4. An amazing Super Running Belt
5. Surround Sound JBL Speakers

The AmazFit Home Studio combines both the technology of their previous smart fitness systems creating an intelligent gym and a high-end slat belt treadmill to provide users with the best in house gym experience. It has an immersive HD screen with a 3D TOF camera system. It also comes with embedded speakers and classes on demand.

Floor Mirror

The home studio comes with a mirror that is 56 inches long and rests on your floor. This can give you a real gym experience in your own home. You’ll be able to watch your form as you exercise, improving efficiency and preventing injury.

Smart Screen

It’s HD screen is a 43 inches long, which is a great size for watching fitness videos. It gives users their exercise status and users can choose to train with video classes. The screen is inbuilt in the smart gym hub and users can view themselves while they exercise and also display their valuable data like rate of heartbeat, the number of calories burnt, time spent on the treadmill, distance covered, etc.

The Amazfit smart gym contains a whole library of training videos and classes that are taught by some of the elite trainers in New York City. Interested users can sign up for these classes across different exercises like yoga and even compete with other trainees like them. There is a leaderboard for the names of the highest-ranking trainees as a source of motivation. There is an inbuilt high definition microphone on the screen that cancels out noise and they promised us(that it will be able to connect to other home appliances soon).

Camera

All these cannot be possible without the aid of the inbuilt 3D camera that is installed in the gym hub to recognize body motion. By being able to identify body posture, it gives better rules and always warns users of potential injury or deficiency. An additional feature hoping to be implemented soon is screen gesture control.

Running Belt

The treadmill has a 1350x510mm belt that is made up of 55 thick aluminum sheets covered with rubber. The belt is elastic and can enable users to attain a speed of 20kilometres per hour and a 10 level incline reaching seven degrees. There are training bars on both sides that are strung, textured, reliable and bilateral. The bars can be used for simple exercises, intermediate or intense training sessions and support 209kg of weight.

Speakers

The treadmill contains two speakers that provide a richer sound for a better running session and one speaker on the screen. Users can also upload and synchronize data from external heart monitors and it will display on the screen.

To sum it all up, the AmazFit home studio is a home installable gym. That is right, a whole gym package right here in your living room. It even has a fitness station that is smart with a high-end crawler. With this new gym, there are no more excuses not to keep fit.
