Have you ever erased something you didn’t mean to? Sure you have, and what a relief it was when you got it back, right? Every app has it’s processing to recover lost files, and Spotify has its own.
The good news is that recovering an erased Spotify list is an easy process. You can finally go back to enjoying your playlist and not have to start over in creating the playlist from scratch.
How to Recover an Erased Spotify List
To recover those deleted Spotify playlists, you’re going to need to open the Spotify web player. If you don’t have the player on your computer, you can download it from Spotify’s official page.
Once the player is open, click on the drop-down menu to the right of your name. Click on Account, and you’ll need to sign in again.
In the Account overview page, you’ll see the Recover Playlists option on the left side.
When you click on the Recover Playlist option, you’ll see a list of deleted playlists. Along with those playlists, you’ll see the date they were erased, the title, and how many songs the playlist had.
To the right, you’ll see a green Restore option.
After you click on the Restore option, the playlist will be highlighted in green to the right, and Spotify will label it restored. To check if it’s been added to the other playlists, go to your library and look for the restored playlist.
As you can see, not all is lost if you regret erasing that Spotify playlist. By following these instructions, you can recover any deleted playlist. What playlist did you regret erasing? Let me know in the comments below and let the sharing begin.
