How to Reset or Change Your Hulu Password

How to Reset or Change Your Hulu Password

By Judy Sanhz 2 Comments

You have so many other passwords to remember that sooner or later you’re going to forget which one you created for Hulu. If you set a password that is easy to remember that usually means that it’s not a very secure one.

On the other hand, if you gave your Hulu account a secure password, then that means you already forgot what it was by now. Good thing that Hulu has a way for you to change your password so you can get back into your account as soon as possible.

Resetting Your Hulu Password

You’ve been staring at your monitor for the past 15 minutes, and you still can’t remember what your Hulu password is. Staring at it any longer isn’t going to make it come back, so it’s time to visit Hulu and reset your password.

It’s essential that you type the Email that is associated to your Hulu account. Hulu will then search for your account and send you a link so you can reset your passwords and recover your account. Once you’ve submitted your Email address, you might end up waiting up to 15 minutes for that Email to come.

If it’s been more than fifteen minutes and there is still no Email, check your Spam folders. Keep in mind that your new password needs to be six characters long and the password reset link you receive will only be valid for three hours.

If you’re not sure what Email you used for your Hulu account, click on the link that says I don’t remember my Email address.

The next page is a CAPTCHA page, Hulu needs to make sure that you are not a robot. To find your account, you’ll need to enter the billing information of the credit card you use to pay for Hulu. You’ll need to enter the last four digits of the credit card, expiration date, billing zip code and your birthday.

Changing Your Hulu Password

If you want to change your current Hulu password for another one, log into your account like you usually would. Click on the drop-down menu in the Your Account section, choose Change to the side of Password. Type your current password and the new password you want to add, don’t forget to click on save changes.

Conclusion

You’re not the first, and you won’t be the last Hulu user to forget their password. But, thanks to the sites Hulu provides you can easily access your account and change your password. How many times have you had to change your Hulu password? Let us know in the comments below.

I have had to reset my password too many times and it’s not because I forgot. It’s because Hulu keeps logging out and then telling me to go to the I forgot my password and then they send me a reset password link so I make a new one but no matter how many times I reset it Hulu simply will not recognize it. So what on Earth can I do?
