Many users are reporting that they have problems sending email from Microsoft Outlook 2016 after they upgrade to Microsoft Windows 10 where error “0x800CCC13” is displayed.
To solve this issue, try the following steps.
- Close Outlook and any other applications you have open.
- Right-click the Start button, then choose “Command Prompt (Admin)“.
- If User Access Control prompts for access, select “Yes“.
- In the “Administrator: Command Prompt” window, type “sfc /scnannow“, then press “Enter“.
What this will do is look for any damaged files on your system and repair them. The scan usually takes about 20 to 40 minutes. Wait it out, then after the scan, try to use Outlook 2016. Hopefully the issue is fixed.
