Monday.com is a cloud-based multi-purpose data management and storing tool that helps workers give shape to their work charts and projects in no time. This tool can be used by anybody, company or workers no matter their size. It can be an asset in project management, software development, HR, marketing, media and production, Information Technology, sales and even for remote work.

Monday.com Versatility

Users can create their apps and integrate them into the Monday app by signing up for the beta version. One beautiful thing about this app is that it does not discriminate between pc and phones. You can easily switch between their laptops and mobile phones with no stress.

It also supports blocks for building like dashboards, integrations, forms, calendar view, automation, timeline view, kanban view, notifications, workload, sub-items (In beta), updates, a map view, guests permissions, time tracking, file sharing, and workspaces. It is good to take note that the Monday app has no free version. It, however, does have a free trial period after which users can either subscribe or discontinue using it.

You can also follow live feed on social media platforms. There are always constant tips for innovation, power optimization and other hiccups that may arise to all paid users.

Security

Because anything on the cloud is open to cyber attack, Monday uses ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018 security systems to secure user data and does annual security checks to detect possible vulnerabilities.

When considering Monday generally, it has the following features that are inherent to it, no matter the subscription plan one is using. It generates information that is easy to comb through and gives full documentation. It is a data management tool that serves as a source of motivation for team members. Users can easily transfer data from excel or Adobe and other platforms by copying and pasting the data. It enables direct and easy communication by allowing users to leave comments on visuals. It contains both Personal and public Boards for users to work on. Because of this, team or project members can use this tool for collaboration and communication.

Team Collaboration

It has a big execution board that displays progress and allows tagging of team members. The execution board eliminates the need for scheduled meetings or calls to keep up with each other and check-in. With this, members of a company can keep track of not only their progress but coworkers’ progress and it soothes dependency.

Project Management

With the use of the Monday tool, users can easily access work and monitor it without much stress. The board makes available the list of all the projects that are on the ground and even those that are completed. It also gives project managers some sort of power on the board. They may not be part of the team but the can still be invited to view what is going on and make little changes like who heads this unit etc. It also offers excellent reports and analytics and is easy to export to other platforms.

Customization

Monday can easily be integrated with Google Drive, Napier, etc. and make its way into very stable software systems. It’s open API also makes room for developers to create their third party apps for joining. The app outlook is very customizable. No matter how you want to arrange your data, or how you want it displayed or stored, Monday has got you covered. It also keeps tracks of who made changes and when and alerts users of possible mishaps. The risk of destroying or contaminating one’s data is very low.

So if you’re looking for project and team management software, you might want to consider investing in Monday.com. Their long list of features can help improve efficiency and help you better communicate as a team.
