Posted on March 8, 2020 by Mona Leave a Comment

Oculus is a tech company which specializes in virtual reality hardware and software products.Their products allow users to experience beautifully designed virtual reality games that make you feel like you are an actual character in a video game and with further advancements in technology the video game experiences just keep getting cooler and cooler.

Oculus Quest is introducing a few new apps to their products in 2020 so get excited. These games are sure to give you a thrill. Here they are:

Pixel Ripped 1995

This video game is the sequel to Pixel Ripped 1989. It combines the 8-bit gaming look of the past with a futuristic virtual reality experience. It sounds crazy, I know, but you have to try it out.

The main character, Dot, with the help of the best gamer from 1995, David, goes on a journey to save multiple dimensions in the video game world while also having to deal with the challenges of the real world. Whether you’re a retro or VR gamer, playing this game will be an amazing experience sure to give you the time of your life.

Guns’n’Stories: Bulletproof

Guns’n’Stories: Bulletproof is coming to Oculus Quest. Experience the virtual wild west in this dynamic shooting game filled with ‘tons of guns’ available for you to take out the bad guys with. This game takes some real skill as you’ll have to shoot with both hands and move very quickly to find cover so that you don’t get your head blown off.

Nevertheless you’re bound to experience some exhilarating game play no matter how good you are at the game. Imagine being a cowboy in the west and it’s high noon and you have to face bad guys and bosses in the best shoot off in the west. Sounds fun to me.

Facebook Horizon

There are so many things to do in this game. Facebook Horizon drops you into a virtual reality world where you can design the world however you like, lift your spirits with fantastic, action-packed games and discover cool new things about the virtual world. You’re on the horizon.

Who wouldn’t want to be in a world where they’ll have experiences beyond their wildest dreams? You’ll make memories with your friends that you can think about and smile. If this all sounds like heaven to you then I recommend you play the beta.

Eclipse: Edge of Light

Have you ever been to an alien planet before? Well if not then here’s your chance to visit one in VR. Eclipse: Edge of light is a video game where you are stranded on an alien planet after a crash landing. What you discover is a breathtaking sight of a planet full of mystery and wonder.

There was a now-gone alien civilization living on the planet, but what happened to it? Rummage through the ruins of the alien technology and find the secrets that lay hidden in them. Will you take on the mission to explore the unknown world? That mystery isn’t going to solve itself, you know.

Phantom: Covert Ops

Do you like to be stealthy? Do you like games where you can shoot stuff? Do you like military kayaks? If you answered yes to any of those questions then I recommend that you get ready for this years launch of Phantom: Covert Ops to Oculus.

Dispatch the enemy with your high tech military weapons and equipment. Complete missions in style with stealth and sneak up to the enemy without them getting the slightest clue that you’re there. Then ambush them so quickly that they won’t even know what happened. This is an intense military action packed video game that you should definitely check out.

Conclusion

As you can see, Oculus has some great games coming out for us this year and I don’t see why we shouldn’t treat ourselves to the magical experience of virtual reality games by playing these gems, especially with friends and family.
