To monitor fitness, wearing the watch automatically takes down user fitness info. It records various user activities, like walking, running, hiking, stair climbing, and standing.
Calorie Tracking
Users can also set daily exercise goals by swiping left and selecting daily tracking on the home screen. First-time users may need to input their height and weight. Setting the right weight and height is very crucial to go be able to calculate calories burned. Users can also check how fit they are by going to daily tacking and swiping left.
