Integrating Philips Somneo Sleep to Android Phone

Posted on June 16, 2020 by Mona Leave a Comment

If you’re a phone fanatic, you’ve probably been following up on the incredible developments in the Android World. When it comes to setting and integrating the new Philips Somneo Sleep lights to your Android Phone, here’s everything that you need to know.

Getting Started Philips Somneo

To begin, you will have to download and install the Philips Somneo App in your Phone. Once you’ve done this, you will notice that the app can be used with Android phone models six and above, and anyone who uses iOS eleven model smartphones can use SleepMapper App.

After you have your App Installed, the next step is turning on your Sleep mode and the Wake-Up lights. Once you have set on these two, your Phone will receive the set-up wizards’ lights.

Next, make sure you have selected the light language that you desire to use along with the Sleep mode integration. Then open the App again and follow the instructions manual that will be displayed to help you link the Somneo App with the wake-up light.

Following the above instructions, your Philips Somneo integration will only take about ten minutes connecting your wake-up lights to your home WiFi or any other wireless connections.

If you have been using Philips Somneo Sleep mode and the wake-up set-ups, but you haven’t been using internet connections, here is what you should do:

First, you will need to press and hold your WiFi Icon, which will take you about eight seconds. When you’re done with this procedure, there is an access point that will display with a pattern to show the wake-up lights.

Apart from pressing and holding your internet connection and getting the lights started, you will have to open the app, then follow the instructions that will be displayed to connect the wake-up functionality and integrate Sleep Somneo activities.

Integrating Philips Somneo Sleep Functionality to a New Phone

For those interested in using the Philips waking and sleeping functionality, we’ll walk you through how to do that. Re-install or install the new SleepMapper App to your new Android Phone. Follow the guides displayed in the App to help you complete the set-up.

Integrating Philips Somneo Sleep Performance Options

Integrating Sleep Somneo Sleep performances start by asking you to set the settings for the alarm’s time, brightness levels, sizes, sounds, and breathing exercise procedures. Below are all the functionality performances for Philips Sleep Somneo you should know:

Integrating Philips Somneo for Sleep

To set and integrate Philips Somneo for sleep, there is a unique feature known as “Relieve.” This feature includes simulating the sun, which is a process that happens by gradually decreasing the sun’s lights as well as your breathing patterns, which help you to fall asleep quickly.

Integrating Philips Somneo Sleep mode also helps relieve stress daily, which adds a feel of relaxation. To integrate sleep, set the “Sunset” mode, which takes about five minutes to an hour based on your Phone’s model. Here’s how to integrate sleep:

Tap your Phone’s wind-down button and then click the sunset setting.  Once you’ve done this, lights will start to fade slowly, while rain and natural ocean voices will display to help you bring your brain’s sleep impulses, which enable you to fall asleep.

When you’ve set sleep modes, you might be interested in setting breathing relaxation. For this, select a range of about four to ten breaths on the setting options and allow your mind to relax. This setting has about twenty-five levels of brightness you can choose from.

Integrating Wake-Up Option

To wake up, use the feature that increases light. The light feature mimics the natural sun and displays characteristics of the sunrise, which brings wake-up impulses in your brain, thus getting you up.

When set for about thirty minutes, the wake-up option lets brightness increase while your wake time approaches. Wake-up integration can be adjusted for thirty minutes to forty-five.

Once set, the wake-up option will start in soft red and then increase to orange color displays. These colors increase until your bedroom is full of light, which is entirely yellow. The yellow color increases the wake-up impulses in your brain, stimulating more activeness.

Integrating a Nap Setting

If you’re interested in setting for an afternoon nap, tap at the top of visible waking light, and the lights will snooze up. After about nine minutes, the sound will start coming up, letting you either continue to sleep or decide to wake up.

Why the Philips Somneo Sleep App?

Philips Somneo is specially designed for anyone with difficulty waking up or with troublesome sleeping patterns. With your Android Phone touch screen, Philips Somneo Sleep will give you quick and accurate display responses for waking up and sleeping. If you’re dying for a good night’s sleep, you’re going to want this app on your phone.
