Instagram: How to Download Videos

Instagram: How to Download Videos

Posted on May 5, 2020 by Mel Hawthorne Leave a Comment

Instagram is a great tool for sharing pictures, videos, and more – and every now and again, you may come across something you want to save. Although Instagram itself doesn’t support this function, there are several external tools you can use in order to download videos anyway.

The first thing you need is a link to the post you want to save – whether you are using the app or the browser version, click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the post you want and select the ‘Copy Link’ option.

Then, you need to go to one of several tools that offer to download videos. There are several, but our favourites are DownloadGram, BlastUp, DreDown, and HashtagsforLikes. On any of them, you’ll be prompted to paste the link you just copied, and to then click the download button.

Exact steps may vary depending on what tool you use, but they all work in a similar way! Just pick the one you like best and soon, you can save all your favourite Instagram videos whenever you want to!
