It’s no secret that your browser can save your search and browsing history, but did you know that Google itself can too? Assuming you’re logged into a Google account when you browse, you can have a look at your Google history whenever you want to!
To view it, you need to go to My Activity. Make sure you are logged into the right Google Account. Scroll down to see your search history.

The activity that Google is tracking here is unrelated to your browser history itself – clearing out your Firefox history for example, does not affect this one. You can use it to find sites you’ve visited but couldn’t get back to, for example after accidentally deleting your browser history.
If you want to know more info about a site you visited, click on the three dots in the top right corner of an entry and select Details.

You’ll see additional info on what you searched, such as when, and also from what location.

To remove an item from your history, use the three dots again and select Delete. Google will remove the item and then show you a completion message when it’s done.
