Getting the Most Out of Memorigi Management App

Getting the Most Out of Memorigi Management App

Posted on August 12, 2020 by Mona Leave a Comment

Everyone needs a little help being productive, whether it’s just an easy to use to-do list or a fully inclusive productivity app that will help you reach your goals, form new habits, and manage your time.

Memorigi is a beautifully designed app that allows you to add “tasks” to a variety of dedicated categories.

How to Master Memorigi’s Basic Features

After signing in, the app will take you through a brief tour that will begin to introduce the mechanics of the app. Tap the red circle to a task, swipe down anywhere on the screen to bring up the main menu, etc. With each step, you get a brief explanation of what the feature or category is as well as tricks to use it for the first time.

My Day

My day is the daily task list. To get the most benefit from this, you should only put the essential tasks that you want to accomplish. While you can place them in any order you wish to; it’s best to organize them by how important they are.

If the task is both urgent and essential, it should be at the very top. Compelling but not relevant should be next, followed by important but not critical. Anything that falls into the not urgent and non-important category should never be on this list.

As a bonus tip, you can customize each task with individual icons, colors, and notification style to suit your preferences.

Tasks View

This is simply an organized list of all tasks that are in the app. Think of it as the master list that can be sorted by date, alphabetically, or manually to help you keep what you want top of mind.

Calendar

Memorigi’s calendar feature can be linked with your Google Calendar, making it even easier to stay on top of each task, project, or goal that you have set.

Progress Tab

The progress tab allows for a full statistical analysis of the progress displayed in an easy to read format by clicking on the day you can get the more detailed data for that specific range.

Premium Features

Memorigi’s Premium features are where you truly see where this app outshines the competition. The premium subscription is billed annually after a three-day free trial. While many apps charge $5 or more dollars a month, Memorigi is less than $20 for an entire year, as of February 2020.

There are many other features that you get when you go premium, but the following two are going to revolutionize how you make your lists.

Attachments

Being able to attach a photo, document, or file to a specific task allows you to have all the vital information at your fingertips. For example, where you’re going to a client meeting and having your notes or contract easily accessible saves time and reflects well on you.

Location-Based Reminders

This feature is a gold mine in and of itself; this allows you to bring tasks for when you arrive at a specific location.  Because the app knows where you are you can have your grocery list pop-up right when you get to the store.

Customizable Settings

Memorigi also allows you to customize a fair amount of your own experience, setting the theme, task style, custom time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, night).

This is one app that will only get better the more you use it; the basic free options will exceed most expectations, the premium features indeed make this an app on its own level. The App Developer has made this an intuitive app that this you spend even just a few minutes looking around you will find each of the features to get the most out of it.
