How to Get an Express VPN Free Trial

How to Get an Express VPN Free Trial

Posted on May 29, 2020 by Mel Hawthorne Leave a Comment

Free trials are a great way to test a service before committing to paying for it. You can use them to see if the product will work for you and do what you want it to. Unfortunately, a lot of VPN providers don’t really offer free trials, or if they do, they are heavily limited. A combination of usage limits and a limited feature set is common. Express VPN is in exactly this position, they don’t offer any sort of free tier or trial.

However, Express VPN does offer a 30-day “no questions asked” money-back guarantee on all of their packages. With this guarantee, after paying up-front, you can use the full platform with no restrictions or limits for a full thirty days before claiming your money back if you’re not happy with the service. This gives you a long time to thoroughly test all of the offered features, with no restrictions, and make a more informed decision about if you want to pay for the service.

Tip: The money-back guarantee does not apply to in-app subscriptions made through the Apple App Store. You need to request a refund through the App Store, where refunds are issued at the discretion of Apple Support.

The money-back-guarantee page on their website details the 30-day offer as running for exactly 30 days, to the minute, from when you pay for the service. The example they provide is “if you place an order at 8 a.m. on July 1, you can contact Support anytime before 8 a.m. on July 31 to claim a full refund.”.

Express VPN support is available via live chat or email around the clock. Although we don’t recommend that you leave it until the last minute to claim your refund and cancel your subscription.
