Whether you’ve decided to put your Spanish or other foreign language skills to use or just want to see what Facebook looks like for Japanese users – the site lets you switch your language if you want to. There are a few simple steps to switching to or from English, and to anything you’d like!
Facebook offers extensive language support, and to switch you only have to click a few times.
First, click on the drop-down arrow in the top right corner and click on Settings.
You’ll be faced with a series of settings options – the one you want is Language and Region on the left. Clicking on it will reveal a series of language-related options.
Change the first option, Facebook Language, to whatever language you’d like to use. Make your selection and click Save Changes – Facebook will now appear in the language you set.
In order to reverse the change, click on the same place you did before – the Edit button on the right – or the equivalent in whatever language you are using – select English and click the Save Changes button.
