Perform a factory reset on your Microsoft Zune music player if you want to wipe all of the data compeltely off the device.
1. Press and hold Up while pressing and holding Back.
2. When the devices starts to reset, hold the Back + Center + Play buttons at the same time.
The device will delete all the data and complete the factory reset.

Still wrong for the 30gb. Do the restart, then it is Back + Left + Center together.
Works fine on my 120gb
This does not work on a 30gb. Up and back (left arrow) are good to reboot, then it’s back+right side of disk+play/pause (all three) to reset.
Did you get the correct procedure for the 120gb? Will you share it?
