If your Zune HD screen doesn’t rotate any longer, you may have to reset the Accelerometer.

1. Place the Zune HD on a flat surface.

2. From the Home screen select Settings.

3. Select About.

4. Select Reset Accelerometer.

5. Press OK.

6. The Accelerometer will be reset. Select OK to finish the process.
