There can be a problem with the Remote tab missing from System Properties screen when you right-click on My Computer and go to Properties.

To solve this problem try the following:

1. Click Start > Run.

2. Type regsvr32 remotepg.dll

3. Click OK, then OK when the dialog appears.

Now give it a try. The Remote tab should now appear.
