How to find how long a Windows XP system has been running since the last restart or shut down.

Note: This works for Windows XP Professional.

1. Click Start > Run.

2. Type cmd and click OK.

3. Type systeminfo and press the Enter key.

4. Scroll back toward the top of the screen and look on the line that says System Up Time.
