Windows Vista: Disable Security Center Notification Popup

How to disable the annying Windows Security Center popup balloon alerts in Windows Vista.

Click on the Security Center logo in the system tray.

2. Click Change the way Security Center alerts me.

3. Select I do not want notification messages from Security Center.

The Windows Security Center balloon messages will no longer appear.
