Windows 7/Vista: Connect to a Network Projector

Easily connect to a network projector in Windows 7 or Vista.

1. Click the Start orb and type proj in the Start Search box.

2. If you get a prompt about the Windows Firewall, select Allow the network projector to communicate with my computer.

3. Select Search for a projector (recommended), select the projector, then select Connect or Enter the projector address. If you choose the latter option, you will need to know either the URL or name of the projector on the network.

4. The Network Presentation dialog box will appear in the taskbar if you have connected to the projector successfully and everybody should see what’s on your computer screen. The data is encrypted to prevent spying.
