Enable the parental controls feature in Windows Vista.

1. Type parental in the Start search box to bring that program to the top, and double-click Parental Controls.

2. Choose the account you wish to control, and the next window lets you turn on parental controls and set limits on Web traveling, program access, games played and time spent on the system.
