Note: These steps apply only to the default folder view for the Windows Vista operating system. Enabling classic menus will not affect the default view for most Windows Vista applications.

1. From the Vista Start menu, select Control Panel.
2. On the menu on the left, click Classic View.
3. Double-click Folder Options.
4. Select the View tab and check the option Always show menus.
5. Click OK.
