The phone that a well respected consumer rating magazine rated as a good buy turns out to be much less. I went everywhere for the E815 phone since it was rated so well and had the features I liked. I couldn’t get it though.

It turns out that there is a major problem with the charging port on the bottom of the phone. Customers regularly complained that it would break and they could not charge their phones any longer. In response, many Alltel and Verizon stores stopped carrying the phone. Many of the salesmen laughed when I asked for that phone. I guess I’ll have to settle for my LG VX8300. Rated good by that magazine I mentioned as well as Cnet.
