TunesTweeter Now Supports Windows Media Player

Not only can you automatically send what you’re listening to in iTunes to Twitter, you can also do so if you use Windows Media Player. The software also supports the use of the #NowPlaying hashtag that has become popular recently. Download TunesTweeter now.

Here is the change log for this version (0.2):
* Added Windows Media Player Support.

* Enabled the ability to use #NowPlaying instead of “Listening to”

* Removed feature that changes the notify icon to prevent software from crashing when the song title and artist contain more than 254 characters.

* Changed the song display arrangement for the songs to support more characters.

* Added Exit button.

    Hey, cool program. I’m interested in trying to figure out a way to bypass the media player altogether and have it use the Last.fm service instead. If not, can you implement a MediaMonkey extension or support? I am now using iTunes for the sake of tweeting, but would love to get back to MediaMonkey ASAP. The API is based off of Winamp 2, and you can get more info here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/develop/
