Unfortunately, the iPhone doesn’t sync bookmarks directly from Firefox. There is a workaround though. To import Bookmarks from Firefox, you first will have to import them into Safari, then sync them into your iPhone.

6. In the Web Browser section, turn on Sync Safari bookmarks and click Apply.
Windows users can perform these steps:
1. Open Firefox and select Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks.
2. Bookmarks Manager will open. Select File > Export…
3. Save the bookmarks.html file to your Desktop.
4. Open Safari and select File > Import Bookmarks…
5. Double-click the bookmarks.html file on your desktop.

4. Open System Restore Service on the right side.
5. Click Stop.
6. Let the service stop, then click OK.
Now you should be able to access the System Restore tab. Uncheck the Turn off system restore on all drives if you would like to enable the System Restore feature again.

I recently had a problem with Windows XP. I needed to create a simple text file in a directory. However, when I clicked on File > New, Text Document wasn’t showing in the menu. Neither was Wordpad Document, or Notepad document.
I tried the registry hack to add this at TweakXP, but that didn’t help me. Then I tried installing Tweak UI for Windows XP and played with the Templates option in there. I added Wordpad Document, but it still didn’t show up at all when I went to create a new text document.
Then it suddenly occurred to me that I had recently installed a third party notepad program recently. I didn’t like it, so I uninstalled it. Could that have jacked up my file associations? I opened My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Sure enough, that was it. Windows XP had lost file associations for TXT files.
I highlighted TXT in the list and clicked Change. I then selected WordPad. I then had the option for WordPad Document listed when I clicked on File > New.

Windows Vista users are experiencing many problems with their printers. Some users are experiencing problems using the Add Printer Wizard to add their printer. It gives them an error:
Windows cannot connect to the printer. Access is denied
Thankfully there is a workaround to this issue.
1. Go to Control Panel and choose the Printers under Hardware and Sound.
2. Then choose Add Printer.
3. Choose Add a local printer. Click on Create a new port.
4. Select Local Port and click Next.
5. Type in the \\computer name\printer name for the Port name. Example: My computer’s name is oztech and the printer name is HPColorL so I typed in \\oztech\HPColorL
This workaround should work for most configurations.

Are you tired of the standard cover sheets in Windows Vista Fax? Add your own. You can either create your own, or start with one of the cover sheets included for Windows Vista Fax. To find these sheets:
1. Hold down the Windows key and press R.
2. Type %SystemDrive%\ProgramData\Windows NT\MSFax\Common Coverpages
This will show all of the included cover sheets. You can edit these in any program that will edit bitmaps. Photoshop, MSPaint, Paint.NET or the include Cover Page Editor will all do this for you.
When you’re finished creating or editing your coversheet, simply save your bitmap file under a new filename in the Common Coverpages folder. Then whenever you print to the Windows Vista Fax driver you will have the option of selecting your customer cover sheet.
