Security Tab is Missing from Folder Properties

You cannot setup security permissions to a folder because the Security Tab is missing.

You will need to disable Simple File Sharing.

To do this, click Tools–>Folder Options–>View

Uncheck the box at the bottom that says Use simple file sharing (recommended)
