Mitch – Thank you so much for the simple one-liner instructions on how to uninstall an App on the Galaxy phone.
So many other sites require me to watch a one minute advertisement, 2-3 minutes on how wonderful the site/author is, then about three minutes later – 5-6 minutes total – they finally show the 2-3 simple clicks, and if I miss those 3 seconds, I have to watch the whole clip all over because the slide bar doesn’t work on the viewer! Or I have to download yet another video viewer which has a half dozen junk spam/programs attached…
And even worse, on CNET last year, the instructions for the iPad were in Adobe which is not supported on the iPad so you have to have a PC to watch the instructions for the iPad!!! Not sure if they have changed that or not – I don’t go there anymore.
    Thanks again Mitch!!!!!

I downloaded a game from google play, all it does is try to download more software and it does not appear in the apps list under manage, how do I remove it, please help???

Then the app probably came with the device. Those can’t be removed unless you hack it in some way.
