We all have certain phone numbers we don’t want to take calls from. The Samsung Galaxy S gives you the ability to block certain callers.
1. From the Home screen press Menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Call settings.
4. Select All calls.
5. Select Auto reject.
6. Select Enable auto reject.
7. Select Auto reject list.
8. Tap Create.
9. Enter the phone number you wish to block.
10. Tap Save.

I searched on the Play Store for Cold Shoulder and nothing relevant came up. I know your posts were from 2011 but I would assume that app would still be around. Too bad. The other call blocking apps don’t work right according to lots of people’s reviews. Hopefully my new phone which is coming tomorrow (Samsung Galaxy Centura) will have blocking ability. My current Kyocera Rise doesn’t.
Great! Thanks for the instructions although my Galaxy phone has the call settings a bit different.
Click on Phone, then select Logs, then select menu to open a window on the bottom which shows Call Settings, tap on Call rejection, then tap on Auto Reject List and create all numbers you want to block and then tap on Save,
