If you have your contacts saved to a SIM card, you can import them to your Windows Phone 7 Samsung Focus.
1. From the Start screen, tap

2. Open the People app.
3. From the All screen, tap import SIM contacts.
4. Tap and hold people on top of the screen.
5. Tap Settings.
6. Choose how you want to sort and display the contacts, and then tap Import SIM contacts.
