Set the ringtone sound for when you receive text messages on your Sprint Samsung Epic.
1. Open the Messaging app.
2. Press Menu.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll all the way down and tap Select ringtone.
5. Choose the desired ringtone or select Silent.
6. Check the Vibrate box if you want it to be enabled.
