How to soft reset and hard reset your iPod Touch if it’s frozen or not responding.
Try a soft reset first:
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of the unit until a red slider appears
2. Drag the slider.
3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If a soft reset doesn’t work, try a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for about ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Okay i got the same problem-.- well, im copying at my itunes all music and movies and everything i could to other folder. now im waiting its ready and then i will try that ::::1: go to tunes
2:pluh ur ipod touch
3:press the top and bottom button at the same time for like 13 secconds.
3:once the apple logo gomes on twice on ur ipod screen let go and only press the botton button like for 10 seconds again the the new logo on the ipod screen will com on this logo is the same ass wen u bought the ipod
4: the itune will ask you to restore the ipod to the original set up and the wait for the download it takes about 30 to 20 min. hope it works

guys look i found this VERY VERY HELPFUL restored my ipod back to its os may help a few of you and guys restoring means you lose everything on the ipod and also rids of jailbreak
i cant open my apps Help me please y sent me a mail fast or if i restore my itouch do i lose all my apps yes or no
I have just restored my itouch and have lost all my music, photos, calender, notes etc in the process.
Is there a way to get all that back?

Lol my problem is worse I had the Erase all data from Ipod option on and it did so and now it’s frozen on the apple screen. I even let it die and it still won’t work. Any Ideas??

i have the same problem except i got in my ipod but i pressed ramdon buttons and now i cant turn it off what do i do
my ipod is disabled for 20718408 minutes!! help!
