Posted on Nov 26, 2007 under Gaming |Microsoft extends it’s Xbox 360 warranty after many users are reporting the Red Ring of Light appearing indicating a severe hardware failure in the unit.
Microsoft is now offering owners of the Xbox 360 an “enhanced warranty” for those users experiencing the ring of light failure. The warranty is now 3 years for any customer that gets the Red Ring of Light failure for both new and used consoles. Joystiq.com reported that the problem has been experienced by about 33% of Xbox 360 users.
If you are experiencing this problem, you will need to get your Xbox 360 repaired by Microsoft Support.

I have read multiple articles about “The Red Ring Of Light” But none of them tell me how to fix it if i have the red ring of light and my power supply light is green. I have found out ways to fix it if my power supply light were to be Orange, Red or not lit up, but i have yet to find how to fix it if my power supply light is green. So If anybody knows please reply to this comment, my Xbox has been down for 3 weeks.
