Here are two ways you can delete a video from the Palm Pre smartphone.
This first option is better if you have a ton of videos to delete.
1. Open My Computer in Windows or your Finder on Mac.
2. Double-click the drive that your Palm Pre shows up as.
3. Highlight the videos you wish to remove and press Delete on your keyboard.

Swipe your finger across the video from left to right while in the Video Roll view.

How can i obtain the software CD or programs for my webos1.3.1 … i have the usb cable but cant do ish when hooked up to my PC because windows tries to find the software etc! so I’m stuck I can’t upload music..or videos or photos from my pc to pal or vise versa! urgh! techonology! lol

That is not true. You CAN delete a video from your Palm Pre albeit the UI does not make it very obviuos. Simply swipe from left to right or right to left over the video you wish to delete in the list of videos on your phone. That is the same technique that you would use to delete text messages and emails on your Palm Pre.
