Palm Pixi: Hard Reset

If you want to clear all data off your Palm Pixi and begin again with factory defaults, you can perform a hard reset on the smartphone.

1. Open Device Info.

2. Tap Reset Options.

3. Tap Full Erase two times.

      the same green screen happened to me and after talking w/ palm and several unsuccessful attempts to get my phone into manufacturer mode i got told the hardware on the phone is messed up and currently waiting on my new phone..oh and i had it a full day and a half

      Me too! But battery doesnt help. I think it might be a free weather app that is interfering w/my unlock screen?

      what if you forgot the pin number and is locked out of your phone how would you then to do a hard reset

      As soon as I tried to unlock my Palm Pixi I got this green screen and it wouldn’t go away and I cant do ANYTHING with my phone. Cant even receive calls! This has happened before but as soon as i take out my battery and put it back in everything is fine but ive already tried that like 20 times and nothings happening!
      PLEASE HELP!
