There are some email messages where recipients shouldn’t be allowed to ‘Reply to all’. There is a way in Outlook 2007 to disable the option and prevent users from using it. Here’s how to create a form to accomplish this:

1. From the Tools menu, click Forms > Design a Form.

Design a form menu

2. In the Standard Forms Library click Message, and then click Open.

Design Form Window

3. Click the Actions tab. Click once on the Reply to All row then click the Properties button.

Actions tab

4. Uncheck the Enabled setting, and click OK.

Form Action Properties

6. Click the Properties tab and check Send form definition with item. Click OK on the warning dialog that appears.

Properties tab

7. Click Publish at the top of the window and select Publish Form As…

Publish form

8. Give your form a name. Here we named it noreplyall. Click Publish when you are done.

You can now close out of all the windows. When you are ready to send an email with Reply to all disabled, you can select Tools > Forms > Choose a Form. Click the Look In drop-down list, and select Personal Forms Library. Then select the noreplyall form and click Open.

Choose Form
