How to enable or disable the sound for Mail Notification in Outlook 2007.
1. In Outlook, click Tools menu > Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options, and click Advanced E-mail Options.
3. Under When new items arrive in my Inbox, check or uncheck Play a sound.

my Outlook 2007 mail alert balloon does not appear when I receive a new email. It used to work but just quit. I have checked my options and everything is selected for it to work but it doesn’t, even when I try the Preview, no balloon pops up. What happened to it?
