OS X: Disable “Are you sure you want to do this?” Message

Disable the annoying “Are you sure you want to do this?” message from appearing whenever you empty the trash.

1. Click the Apple menu and select Preferences.

2. Click on the Advanced icon.

3. Uncheck the box for Show Warning Before Emptying the Trash.

Now you will not be warned whenever you empty your Trash.
