Network Connections Missing From Control Panel

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R.
2. Type regedit and click OK.
3. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\don’t load
4. Delete ncpa.cpl on the right side.
5. Close the registry editor and now you should have the Network Connections option listed in the Control Panel.
