Force Android applications to quit that you are not using on the Motrola Devour. This will help free memory and make your battery last longer.
1. Tap the Settings app from the Application slider.
2. Tap Applications.
3. Tap Manage Applications.
4. Tap the application you wish to force quit. If it’s not on the list, go to Menu > Filter > All.
5. Tap Force Stop.
If you want an easier way to do this, I recommend you download and install Advanced Task Killer on your Devour from the Android Market. It will allow you to kill multiple applications and makes the list accessible from the Notification Bar.
