LG Neon: How to Perform a Master Reset

If your LG Neon phone is not working properly and you want to reset it, you might want to perform a Master Reset. A Master Reset will restores the settings stored in the handset memory to default values.

1. Go to the Settings option.

2. Select Phone Settings.

3. Select Reset Settings.

You may need to enter the security code to finish these steps. The default security code is 0000 (four zeros)
