Most Android tablets and phones have buttons on the side of the device to adjust the volume. It doesn’t work like that on the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet though, so you may have a hard time figuring it out.
You can find the option to adjust the volume by tapping the gear in the upper-right corner then tapping the Volume option. You can then increase or decrease the volume by sliding the ball on the bar right or left respectively.

is there an easy way to adjust volume on a kindle fire or is the only way by using the drop down bar and using the slider? thanks allison
