iPod Touch/iPhone 3G Shows Wrong Time After Syncing
Posted on Oct 14, 2008 under iPhone Tips, iPod Tips |You may encounter a problem with your iPod Touch or iPhone where the time shows up incorrectly after syncing with your computer.
To try to solve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect your iPod from the computer.
2. Ensure the time and date on the computer is correct.
3. In iTunes, go to Edit > Preferences > Devices.
4. Under Device Backups, select your device in the list.
5. Click Remove Backup.
6. Close iTunes.
7. Reopen iTunes. Reconnect the iPod Touch or iPhone.
A new backup should be created and should solve the issue.
