Did you accidentally put too many words into your iPod Touch keyboard dictionary? You can reset it so that all of your changes are deleted.

1. Select General.

2. Select Reset.

3. Tap Reset Keyboard Dictionary.

The Keyboard Dictionary will then be reset to the factory default and all changes you made to it will be removed.
