How do you delete songs off of iPod Nano? Many people search for a way to remove a song on the actual device itself. There is currently no way to do this though without utilizing iTunes or another program. Here is how:

1. Download and install iTunes if you haven’t already.

2. Attach your iPod Nano to the computer.

3. On the left side, select your device in the Devices list.

4. Click Music.

5. Scroll to the song you wish to delete. Right-click on it and select Delete or you can click once on the song and press Delete on your keyboard.

The selection is only removed off the iPod, but not out of your iTunes library.
