iPad Won’t Turn On

My Apple iPad failed to power on. Luckily a reset fixed the issue. If you’re having the same problem, just follow these steps.

  1. Try to reset the iPad? Press and hold the “Power” and “Home” button until you see the screen come on. Sometimes, it takes up to 20 seconds before you will see anything appear on the screen. So be patient and hopefully your iPad will eventually turn on.
  2. If a reset doesn’t work, attach the iPad to a power source. If the battery is completely drained, it may not power on right away. Keep it attached to the power source for at least an hour and see if anything changes.

If the above steps didn’t help you out, you may have to seek help from Apple Support or the retailer at this point.
