Sometimes applications on the iPad may freeze up and there is no way out other than to force quit it. This will kill the application immediately allowing you to perhaps try again. Current data in the app may be lost when you perform a force quit, but it’s often the only thing left to do.
To give it a try, simply press and hold the Home button until the program you are using exits. That’s all there is to it!
