Windows has blocked this software because it can’t verify the publisher

To try to fix this problem, perform the following steps.

1. In Internet Explorer, Click Tools > Internet Options.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Under Active X, set Download Unsigned ActiveX to Enable.

    Please don’t do this. There’s a reason why unsigned ActiveX controls are blocked, and it is a very bad idea to reenable them globally here. It would be better to only do this for “trusted sites” and add the site in question to that list.
